Attendees will be led through a guided tour of the Remains Lighting factory and conclude the evening mingling over refreshing cocktails in their wondrous garden!

About Remains Lighting: Founded in 1996, Remains Lighting has evolved from an off-the-beaten-path antique resource to a world-class maker of artisan made-to-order and custom lighting, mirrors and candlesticks. Remains Lighting fixtures are of the highest quality and craftsmanship, each one made by hand to order in the Remains LEED Gold certified factory in Brooklyn, New York by a team of artisans and engineers using sustainable practices and traditional metalworking skills.

Speakers

David Calligeros: David Calligeros studied architectural history at Columbia University and soon thereafter opened his firm Remains Lighting in a Manhattan loft in 1996. He has taken a lifelong passion for design & sustainability to building the company’s collections and capacities in its LEED Gold Brooklyn factory.

Katie Musorrafiti: Katie Musorrafiti studied interior design at F.I.T. and after 5 years of working for a residential design firm she found her passion for sales at a SOHO photography gallery. Katie joined the Remains Lighting sales team in 2016 as an Account Manager and has been the company’s Sales Director since 2019.

Directions

• The J/M/Z train will take you to Myrtle Avenue-Broadway. The factory is a 5 minute walk from the exit.
• 30 minute Cab or Uber ride from Manhattan.
