Pratt Institute Student Chapter
2025-2026 Academic Year Executive Board
Gwendolyn He
President
As President of the ASID Pratt Chapter, my focus is to amplify the voice of Pratt’s interior design students and showcase the energy, talent, and perspectives we contribute to the wider design dialogue. What really keeps me inspired is the opportunity to grow alongside my peers and foster a culture of engagement, curiosity, and shared momentum. Together as a board, we will work toward launching critical events that will open up new conversations, encourage collaboration, and bring together students and professionals across disciplines, institutions, and design interests.
Tiffany Xu
Public Relations
As an interior design student at Pratt Institute and a board member of the ASID Pratt Chapter, I manage our chapter’s branding; This includes designing posters, curating our Instagram, and shaping our visual identity. I also document events through photography and video, helping to capture and share the energy of our community. Beyond visuals, I help plan events, promote student engagement, and build connections between students and the design industry. I’m passionate about using storytelling and design to create meaningful experiences both online and offline.
Amy Liu
Event and Finance Coordinator
As an Industrial Design major with a minor in Interior Design, I’m excited to serve as the event and finance coordinator for the ASID chapter at Pratt Institute. I believe that design is inherently interdisciplinary, every creative voice brings unique perspectives and skills that, when brought together, spark truly innovative solutions. My goal in this role is to facilitate dynamic conversations, create inclusive spaces for open-minded exchange, and build meaningful connections across disciplines. By bridging different areas of design, I hope to foster a community where collaboration drives forward-thinking ideas and transformative experiences.
Anjali Dave
Secretary
As Secretary of the ASID Pratt Chapter, I help keep our community organized by recording meetings, tracking key dates, managing communications, and overseeing financial records to support smooth planning and meaningful programming. My role is about creating structure behind the scenes so others can show up, share, and connect.
I’m passionate about building an inclusive design culture that uplifts student voices and sparks creative dialogue. I believe human-centered design has the power to shape behavior, foster connection, and reimagine how we live in space.
