ABOUT THE SPEAKERS
LILY WALTERS
Founder, Elter Studios
Lily Walters is an interior designer, founder of Elter Studios, and content creator passionate about creating homes that feel layered, personal, and deeply lived in. With an eye for vintage sourcing, a strong intuition for color and composition, and a belief in the power of thoughtful design.
Her approach blends vintage and secondhand finds with timeless elements, creating spaces that feel collected over time rather than designed all at once. At the heart of her philosophy is the belief that the best homes tell a story one shaped by the people who live in them.
Through her design work and digital platforms, Lily brings this philosophy to life, inspiring and educating her audience on how both small, intentional changes and larger transformations can reshape a space. Whether sharing the art of sourcing a one-of-a-kind piece or reimagining an entire room, Lily empowers people to create homes that reflect their individuality, embrace self-expression, and feel unmistakably on their own.
JACK BERNSTEIN
Owner, Kurrent
Some people build businesses. Jack builds movements. Founder of Kurrent, Jack Bernstein isn’t just in the plumbing and hardware world—he’s reimagining it. Known for challenging the status quo, Jack doesn’t follow industry trends—he questions them, disrupts them, and usually improves them. With a deep-rooted background in the family plumbing business and a wildly curious mind, Jack launched his first venture on Amazon in 2011, then brought his bold vision to life with a showroom that feels more like an art installation than a supply house. Today, Kurrent merges innovation, design, and cutting-edge systems into a seamless experience for clients who expect more. Jack thrives on reinvention. Whether it’s building futuristic workflows, testing bold new ideas, or sourcing products from across the globe, he’s obsessed with elevating the experience. He’s earned accolades like NKBA’s 30 Under 30 and served as one of just four national judges for product innovation for the NKBA—but what really fuels him is seeing customers light up when they realize what’s possible. He’s a perfectionist with a wild creative streak, a big-picture thinker who still obsesses over the details, and a relentless learner who believes every mistake is just data in disguise. Jack Says: “I want people to feel something when they walk into Kurrent. I want to shift their perspective, not just sell them a faucet.”
JEFF SILVERSTEIN
Former CEO, California Faucets
Jeff served as CEO of California Faucets from 2008 until it’s acquisition by ABG in September 2025. He currently serves as Head of Product and Brand
After joining the company back in 1997 to help his father, Fred, grow the fledgling business, Jeff rapidly learned the ropes and applied his managerial talent and love of design to take the company to the next level.
In addition running the day-to-day business, Jeff headed up the company’s product design efforts and led the transition from one of many “me too” faucet brands to a brand known for innovation with a strong original design portfolio.
Under his stewardship, the company brought category-changing product like StyleDrain® and StyleTherm® to market, as well as broadened the product line to include every conceivable accessory to ensure customers could fully outfit their bath and kitchen with matching product.
A former summer camp director and blues band guitarist, Jeff’s eclectic background enabled him to drive innovation in an old school industry.
JACE LIPSTEIN | MODERATOR
Director of Growth & Marketing, Kurrent
Passionate, stylish, and organized, Jace is focused on making sure Kurrent looks, feels, and shows up like the luxury lifestyle brand it is becoming. As Director of Growth and Marketing, he is behind everything from planning and throwing events to social media, brand partnerships, brand development, and creating the guidelines that keep the Kurrent brand consistent across every touchpoint. After owning his own business for 16 years, Jace brings an entrepreneurial mindset to everything he does. He’s used to figuring things out, getting his hands dirty, and doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He’s also learned that some of his best ideas come when he steps away from his desk. A walk is often all it takes to organize his thoughts, come back with a plan, and immediately start executing. What Jace loves most about Kurrent is the people and the passion behind the brand. He’s inspired by how much Jack and Shu care about what they’re building, the cutting-edge approach Kurrent takes, and the luxury experience created inside the showrooms. One of the things he’s most proud of is helping shape Kurrent into a true lifestyle brand and creating consistency in the way customers experience it, wherever they encounter it. Outside of Kurrent, Jace’s biggest pride is his family, his wife and two sons, Luca and Leo. He’s also passionate about golf, luxury menswear, and pretty much anything involving sports. His philosophy at work is one he tries to live by every day: celebrate other people’s wins. Favorite showroom pick: Saunas and showers equipped with steam Dream destinations: Monte Carlo, Portofino, and Santorini Secret hobbies: Golf, menswear, and following basketball, baseball, and football Most-used emojis: Fire and golf emojis
