High Point Market is always a hive of inspiration, innovation, and connections, but Fall 2023 was made all the more special thanks to the ASID NY Metro's Veterans & Virgins Market Tour. With a carefully curated itinerary arranged by the Membership Experience Committee, this tour offered an exclusive experience to attendees, delving deep into the heart of the design industry's latest trends, innovations, and timeless craftsmanship.

Firstly, heartfelt gratitude is due to Jackie Higgins and the entire committee. Their meticulous planning and dedication translated into an event that was both insightful and seamlessly executed. It was truly an honor to see past and present chapter presidents, dedicated board members, and our fantastic community of members come together, making the event even more memorable.

One of the tour's major highlights was an exclusive peek into Century Furniture's new outdoor line. Their offerings showcased not just functionality but also the elegance and luxury that outdoor spaces deserve.

Spending time with Barclay Butera made for another fantastic moment. At Lexington Home, he personally guided our group, unveiling the beauty and intricacies of his brand-new Villa Blanca Line. Our coterie enjoyed hearing him speak about the inspiration behind his collection firsthand and how it came to fruition.

The exploration didn't stop there. We were introduced to the latest masterpieces from renowned names like Kravet, EJ Victor, Currey & Company, Thayer Coggin, and Piegatto. And the special display from the MET was simply exceptional, spotlighting exquisite collections from Scalamandré, Abner Henry, Ann Gish, Eichholtz, Wendover Art Group, and Exquisite Rugs.
