Asler Valero is a Venezuelan-born interior designer based in New York City. He has over twenty-five years of experience, including fifteen years at Sills Huniford Associates/ Dwellings and Steven Sills Associates, where he developed a keen eye for detail and quality.
At his own firm, Asler Valero Interior Design, puts into practice his theory that an accomplished interior designer must be a decorator, an artist; his advice to the new generation is: get your hands dirty, master a skill, bring your vision to life, and be a part of it. Asler's design philosophy respects clients' individuality, blending classical and modern elements to create luxurious spaces that inspire and delight. He continues to push boundaries, combining art, culture, and travel in his work. Asler has collaborated with charitable organizations, including Housing Works and DIFFA Design Industry Foundation Fighting AIDS.
Asler is a longtime member of the American Association of Interior Designer (ASID) and the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA).
Asler and his spouse Elie divide their time between Manhattan and Europe
