Speaker Bios

Bryan Celli

Bryan Celli is the Sr. Design Showroom Manager at Crestron’s New York City Design Showroom. Bryan joined Crestron in 2007 and started as Manager of Marketing Support Services. With an extensive background in corporate training, customer support, sales, and marketing, Bryan has helped manage major new product announcements, tradeshows and events for Crestron. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the New York City Design Showroom and has been instrumental in the technology and design upgrades to the space. Bryan helps expand the total market for Crestron residential control and automation solutions by fostering relationships with interior designers, architects, home builders, and homeowners. He drives the execution of marketing initiatives in the showroom tailored to the design build community, including educational events, seminars, and networking events.

Jamie Kwiat

Jamie Kwiat is a Senior Global Design Consultant for the KOHLER Co. with 20 years in the luxury plumbing industry. Her multi-disciplinary experience designing within wholesale, retail, residential, multi-family, commercial and hospitality markets awards Jamie the opportunity to provide holistic solutions to every client and project for which she’s involved. Jamie has co-authored and presented multiple CEUs covering topics from Water Conservation, Spa Inspired Showering, Universal Design and Luxury Trends in the Kitchen and Bath. She is keenly focused on discovering the latest trends in architecture and design and bringing that knowledge to her clients all over the world. Her passion is translating those trends into real-world applications. Her presentations transform complicated concepts into simple solutions.

Jennifer Schorer

Passionate about design in its myriad forms, Jennifer Schorer, Director of Sales in Hospitality, actively participates in the industry through her involvement with NEWH as a board member - Director of Programming, Interior Designers of Canada and International Interior Design Association (IIDA), and have leveraged her pursuits in professional development to help strengthen company positioning while fueling double-digit growth. As a seasoned professional, her specialties include fostering and sustaining lucrative business relationships, mentoring cross-functional teams, and negotiating and closing profitable deals. Her unique blend of technical, operations and business savvy has been instrumental in propelling organizations forward to attain unprecedented growth in both vibrant and dormant economic climates.

JoAnn Arcena

An integral part of Crestron Electronics’ Business Development team, JoAnn Arcenal has established herself as liaison between the design build and the technology communities. After over a decade immersed in various technology roles, JoAnn decided to shift her focus to providing resources and sharing expertise with the design build community – empowering her partners to confidently drive tech-based conversations and make informed decisions. JoAnn has been featured and interviewed for magazines like Sound & Communications, AV Technology, and named to the Commercial Integrator “40 Influencers Under 40” list.

Monserrat Menendez

After receiving an MPS in Sustainable Interior Environments from the New York School of Interior Design, Menendez went on to hold several key roles in the design industry and is currently a kitchen and interior designer at Poggenpohl New York. Menendez is also a member of the ASID NY Metro’s Health, Wellness, and Sustainability Committee.

Tom Clancy

Tom Clancy is the Executive Vice President of Audio Command Systems (ACS). Tom is a 20-year veteran in the custom home integration industry, who brings a wealth of passion, experience, and knowledge to every project. Tom works with homeowners, architects, designers, and builders to integrate home lifestyle technology into their luxury residences. Tom firmly believes that modern technology needs to be simple to use, while keeping a keen eye on the design aesthetic and constantly adapting to remain on the forefront of today’s ever-changing technological advances. ACS is among the largest residential and commercial AV, Home Theater, Lighting Control, Shading Control, IT and Home Integration companies in the nation. As an industry founding pioneer with three offices across the country in New York City, Florida and California, ACS has designed and installed thousands of custom systems for some of the most discerning clients around the world. When not working to ensure ACS’ continued success, Tom is a dedicated husband and father to his two sons, who loves coaching his son’s baseball and football teams, serving as treasurer on the Executive Board of Directors for his town’s youth football program.
